Wes has been in the financial services industry for 23 years, beginning his career with Northwestern Mutual. He owns and manages his own firm, Morgan Financial Services, where he specializes in risk management solutions, including life insurance and annuities. Wes helps his clients plan for retirement by reducing market risk, minimizing taxes, and providing guidance on Social Security and Medicare.

Throughout his career, Wes has been recognized as a top producer numerous times and has earned a strong national reputation. Looking ahead, he plans to launch his own podcast, where he will share his insights on taking a thoughtful, strategic approach to retirement planning.

Wes and his family reside in Bauxite, Arkansas, where they enjoy the outdoors, being involved in their community, and spending time with family and friends. Wes and his wife, Juli, have been married for 23 years and have two children, Ross and Tinley.
